Payments and service providers

Payment card details are collected directly by our payment processor and are not stored by PriceThisProduct. Our hosting, email, payment, and AI service providers may process limited data on our behalf to operate the service.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and analysis data while the account is active and as needed for support, security, tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request deletion through support. Some purchase records may be retained where legally required.

Security and choices

We use access controls, encrypted transport, secure sessions, and framework security protections. No system is perfectly secure. You may update account information in settings and use browser controls for cookies.
