Terms of Service

1. The service

PriceThisProduct provides informational software-pricing analysis based on information you submit, public marketing material, and category-specific methodology. It is not financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

2. Your decisions and outcomes

You remain solely responsible for pricing, packaging, launch, and business decisions. We do not guarantee revenue, sales, profitability, customer adoption, market acceptance, conversion rates, or any other financial or commercial outcome.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and use only marketing material you are authorized to submit. Do not submit source code, credentials, API keys, customer personal information, unlawful content, or another party’s confidential information.

4. Purchases

Each purchase unlocks one completed pricing report. The price shown at checkout applies to that purchase. Except where required by law, completed report purchases are non-refundable because the analysis is generated for the submitted product.

5. Intellectual property

You retain rights in content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. PriceThisProduct retains rights in its software, methodology, presentation, and general know-how.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” and may change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations.

7. Contact

Signed-in customers can contact us through the support page. We may update these terms prospectively and will post the effective date.
